THE SCOOP: Bursting with fresh shades of green, coral, and pink, Carolina Herrera's Spring 2011 collection was inspired by the traditional clothes from Korea -- with colors and prints taken from botanical plates collected in the 18th Century. And the beauty teams rounded out Herrera's designs by creating soft, yet graphic looks.

Lead makeup artist Diane Kendal kept the models' faces natural but added a pop of color by brushing on a brick hued eyeshadow with soft edges. Hairstylist Orlando Pita fashioned models strands into unique updos and ponytails that were held together by barrettes made from hair, mimicking the silhouette of wrapped belts. "When Korean women dress, nothing is out of place and everything is beautifully thought out," said Pita. "My hairstyle is precise and graphic, with no loose or separate pieces." Manicurist Roxanne Valinoti painted the pretty young things nails in a rose-gold hue. "Coming out of a masculine, military styled fall, now we go into spring and this light, dreamy nail color is perfect."

To recreate the updo, prep strands with MoroccanOil Light to create a healthy, frizz-free shine. Next, apply MoroccanOil Hydrating Styling Cream mid way from the back of hair to the ends, then blow dry hair straight with a round brush. Create a deep side part, pull hair back, and spray with MoroccanOil Luminous Hairspray. Comb the hair with a wide tooth comb and pull right side of hair diagonally over left and pin above the nape of the neck with a hair barrette to match the color of your hair. Pin down horizontally or vertically to create a pattern. Finish the look with MoroccanOil Luminous Hairspray and MoroccanOil Glimmer Shine Spray.
To recreate the ponytail, gather strands back into a ponytail and spray with MoroccanOil Luminous Hairspray. Add horizontal hair clips and finish with MoroccanOil Glimmer Shine Spray.

MAKEUP: All makeup by M.A.C. Prep skin with Studio Finish Concealer for a light and fresh look. Line the top of the eyes and outer creases with Brick Pencil, blending well. Add Antique Eye Shadow, blending out further with a very soft brush. Apply Diva Lipstick in the outer and inner creases for a soft definition. Curl lashes and coat with Haute and Naughty Mascara in Black. Smooth on Pinch 'o' Peach Blush onto the apples of the cheek and finish look with Sugar Rimmed DazzleGlass Gloss.
